Business Hours Appointments (9 Am To 5 Pm).

After-Hours Appointments (5 Pm To 7 Pm And Saturday Mornings).
All fees are payable at the time of consultation or for Telehealth (Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype) sessions payable prior to the session. No referral is required unless you wish to claim on Medicare.
CONSULTING FEES
Fees are much lower than the recommended fee set by The Australian Psychological Society of $280 for a 46–60-minute consultation.
All fees are payable at the time of consultation.
No referral is required unless you wish to claim on Medicare (20 Medicare rebateable visits available per year ).
CANCELLATION FEE
A cancellation fee will be charged if you give less than 48 hours’ notice.
Practice expenses need to be covered and your appointment could be allocated to another person on the waiting list if you give enough notice, please keep this in mind.
MEDICARE REBATES
If you are referred by your GP, Psychiatrist or a Paediatrician with a Mental Health Care Plan you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate $89.65 for up to 20 sessions per calendar year. You will need to pay the full fee for the session and then we can process the rebate for you (Medicare usually deposits this in your account within 24 hours).
